My bottom line (which surely
deserves to be the lead line) is
that we had better dig deeper so
we can understand a great big
Truth: IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO BEAT
THE GAME!
We can never really get by
when we think we don't have to
live by principle. God IS
Principle, what I have elsewhere
termed ISNESS. God is inviolable
Truth/Reality.
The dictionary: inviolable,
not to be profaned, not to be
broken, sacred, holy, obligatory,
unalterable. Inviolate:
unprofaned, uninjured,
unpolluted, virgin, intact,
undefiled. [All that God
creates is the virgin birth, pure
and undefiled.]
Only by living according to
PRINCIPLE, TRUTH, LOVE, JUSTICE,
GOODNESS, UNSELFISHNESS, etc.
will our results work out to our
benefit and contribute to the
common good.
Principles cannot be violated,
damaged, minimized, or
sidestepped. The conditions we
produce when we don't live up to
Principle are only
temporary--until we make the
necessary changes. God's perfect
world has not been affected nor
even touched. It is still there
for the accepting. When we are
ready to live by Principle, we
will find it is within us and
ready.
Speaking of The Secret, the
magnificent Truth is that God
in/as each and all of us cannot
be damaged. This means that you
and I can never be less than what
we are as God's perfect creation.
Yes, indeed, the human family
(and it would seem, all that God
has created) is in the process -
an eternal proposition - of
evolving, unfolding, developing
the apparent unlimited diversity
of expression and manifestation
from what we term the "invisible"
into the "visible." The things
that we do and experience that
have been called variously sins,
errors, mistakes, bad, etc. etc.
need to be rectified by getting
back to Principle, but we, what
we truly and eternally are,
cannot be damaged because we are
talking about God and God in
process, what today is being
referred to as "works in
progress."
When do we know we need to
change and live by Principle?
When we don't like what we are
experiencing. In such cases, we
need to answer some "hard"
questions: Have I been Honest?
Have I been Loving? Have I been
Unselfish? Have I Loved myself?
Have I felt separated from God,
from people? Have I practiced
meditation? Am I practicing
substance abuse? Do I eat well
and do I exercise? Do I feel less
than others or could it be that I
feel superior? Do I live from
fear or courage?
That of course is just a
sampling, but we see here how
easy it is to deviate from living
by Principle. So if we want
better conditions, let us hear
the message and get cracking!
