This "Membership Covenant" is renewed on a yearly basis with those people ready to make a firm committment to their spiritual growth. You need not be a member of Unity Church of Victoria to participate in any of our services, programs or blessing teams. Why become a member? To Love God, Myself, and Others:

 I understand and am aligned with the basic teachings of Unity. I understand that Unity Church of Victoria is based on universal spiritual principles as taught and demonstrated by Jesus the Christ and other enlightened masters who teach love.

I do my part to support the church’s purpose to demonstrate love and inspire spiritual transformation.

I extend myself with loving warmth to newcomers to my church home and to those people attending whom I do not know.

To Remember my Oneness with God and Others:

I make my spiritual journey and relationship with God a priority in my life.

I do my part to support the vision of the church as a loving community, which awakens humanity to its spiritual magnificence and the realization of oneness with God.

I include the church in my daily prayer life.

I speak with constructive purpose about the church and my fellow congregants. If I experience personal upset with the church or a congregant, I will seek guidance from Spirit, then speak with and resolve any upset with the person(s) involved.

To Serve the Christ in Others and Expand Our Ministry:

I include the church in my financial planning, to the capacity that I am able. I give regularly, joyfully and lovingly.

I experience the value of selfless service by volunteering in a capacity that brings me joy, knowing that each one of us has something special and unique to share with this ministry.

I recognize that my presence and participation at church services and activities is a contribution and gift that enhances the experience of everyone.

Together with my fellow members and congregants, I co-create with God the ongoing dynamic life of Unity Church of Victoria. I recognize that, together, we help expand the church’s programs and services, thereby blessing and serving others. Through membership in Unity, I honour the Spirit in me and the Spirit at work through Unity Church of Victoria.
